Worst service ever, borderline criminal. I fought very hard to get my package to France, but they made mistakes at every stage of the delivery: customs mislabelled it, customer service was completely unable to do anything except 'open investigations' to the location, and the one delivery attempt did not follow instructions, and left no information except a piece of paper. This company has $2,000 worth of my own personal belongings sitting in a warehouse, and are claiming the tracking number no longer works after 7 months. Be warned!!

WORST SERVCIE EVER. They do not even confirm that it is actually you who receive the parcel. They guy expect you to run as fast as lightening to meet him within 1 minute and complain and give you his bxxxx face.

Delivery marked as sent and signed by an unknown person. After 5 calls they told me that they have my package in the warehouse, after two weeks I am still waiting for the package

The most unprofessional delivery service, incompetent people in the customer support, not only they've been lying to me for more than 3 days that the package is in the airport when i know for sure that the package was sent to the wrong person, because he called me, they are as well extremely rude to their clients. When you calmly ask to talk to a responsible (according to an employee "it's called a manager") they will tell you that there are none and they will hang up on you, or in the other case when you are calmly confronting them about the lost package they will start screaming at you for no apparent reason and try to threaten you that the call is recorded, and won't let you talk at all. To avoid at all costs :)

I had a parcel which needed to be delivered, for which I've waited for 3 days. After 3 days I've checked and the website mentioned that the parcel was being sent back to the sender since they couldn't deliver it. After calling the customer service (and heard about how it's not their fault) I have had a call from the head of Saint Ouen office. A really nice person who tried to really help me (compared to the customer service person who was un-nice, lied about the parcel) etc... The Saint Ouen team really helped me and my parcel got delivered to office today. Thanks a lot for being ressourful !! Thank you Saint ouen team
