Good logistics, loaded and unloaded here, something like post office, loading / unloading 30 minutes. Immediately call in to the security, there say loading or unloading and 50 meters away in a direct office, there you give your smr with the number of the car and trailer if you load and say where you are going, they will say the ramp number and at the end again to the office for smr and exit. The toilet is in the office, there is a shower but I don't know or it works.

I made several purchases on the same day which unwittingly allows me to make a quick comparison. Strangely my relay point is unavailable to receive my 2 parcels (one sent with Relais colis, another with Mondial relay). My purchase with Mondial relay: I receive an email telling me that there is a problem and that I must select another relay point. My purchase with Relais colis: I receive an email telling me that there is a problem and that my package has been dropped off at another relay point 30 minutes by car from my home!!!! And impossible to change the withdrawal point. For the so-called 1st network in France, there are services to improve!! What's the point of calling on a delivery near your home via Relais colis if in the end it complicates our lives even more? I don't like to be rude but this is bullshit.
