I'm giving 1 star because you can't give negative ratings. They lost my package containing 220 euros worth of goods and don't really care. I have never seen anyone with so little professional conscience as Mr. GAB... I will never use the services of Relais Colis again: From now on, I always choose another carrier: Mondial Relais, UPS, or La Poste. We are dealing with a different kind of service.

I have used Relais colis several times for Vinted shipments. I have never had a problem and I have always been well received at the agency.

Two deliveries in 2 months and I must admit that each time the delivery service has been top notch. Between the call to arrange an appointment, the message to warn that the delivery will take place on such and such a day and the contact by the direct delivery person the same day to indicate that it has come... I have nothing to say except bravo! The young man this morning was particularly adorable and he apologized twice for his delay when he was on his delivery schedule ^^! Super professional and warm! Keep it up 👌🙌

My package has still been at the relay point for 15 days, no carrier came to pick it up. However, the relay point is waiting because they have several packages like mine waiting to be sent. Could not get customer service on the phone. I had the parcel relay facilitator online, I asked him what was going on, no answer and in addition he hung up on me. Mondial Relay is much more professional.
