Delivery date not respected, no receipt left in my letter box and parcel left at facility for 2 weeks without status or call for updates . tried calling customer service for 10 times but no one answered. Please take this seriously Fedex. Not the kind of service delivery expected from such a known so called delivery company.

When you take your day off to be home to receive a package and supposedly you're away and you don't answer the phone when you haven't even been called or rang!! Congratulations and when you see the other comments you can see that it's the same, something may have to be done!!! And as much to say that tomorrow if I am delivered I will ask the person who delivers to me if it was the same and could take a good little soap

Customer service and a delivery person just as incompetent as each other. (This delivery service was imposed on us, we could not choose it) Attempt to deliver on Tuesday the delivery man calls privately but impossible to call him back, he did not even come to the house. So you don't answer once we don't deliver? what kind of delivery service is this? On their website impossible to act on the delivery, impossible to know where it is, impossible to reschedule a delivery, impossible to pick it up at the depot. Customer service but pitiful. I called all Wednesday morning... Couldn't get them on the phone. I try again at 12:30 p.m. and hooray they finally answer. The woman I have on the phone takes all the information and assures me of delivery on Friday. Friday the follow-up is still not up to date, I call back and well no it will only be Monday the delivery. And still impossible to pick it up at the depot. Honestly review your services a bit!

LAMENTABLE To flee ! Delivery time slot not respected (when you are already forced to wait from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.). Impossible to reach the regional agency and therefore the delivery person! All you have to do is pay for each call to find out where things stand and get an answer: I can't do anything at my level...
