These people are always useless and very rude. The drivers also drive too fast and are dangerous. The girl on the phone is a real cow .Avoid at all costs. If I see a company uses them I will not buy their goods.

Actually I wouldn't even give 1 star - rude, no customer service, delivery canceled three times and no explanation . I would NEVER use this company for any deliveries at all.

After 2 experiences with GEODIS Albertville, I can give my opinion. A carrier that does not deliver packages when they are in their depot is a bit annoying. 3 days of waiting for the 1st experience, obviously they go on delivery but do not live saying that I was not there, yet yes, result I go to get my package directly in their depot (45 min to go). 2nd experience, same package waiting in the depot, 3 times I am absent and once again I was present. I therefore agree with the very negative opinions on this GEODIS.

The shame of transportation. Never anyone on the phone, you take days off to wait for your delivery within a 10am slot! Either the packages are destroyed or the drivers do not come and obviously without warning. the drivers do not respect your home even if it means crashing into your vehicle and of course it is nobody. Beautiful professionalism

This Geodis subcontractor does not keep its commitments, regularly reporting bad faith by differing the delivery date on the grounds of "consignee closed or absent"!
