They don't respect the time of delivery. I rescheduled the date and time 3 times on 3 different days and they still didn't come and when they did, they went to the wrong address and they don't even phone either. In the end I had to get a bus and pick it up myself and carry it home myself

Very bad experience. A real obstacle course. I pity the delivery people and a little thought for the delivery secretary as well. I throw out an idea: maybe a manager should go with a delivery guy for a day. I think the company might have a different management. The delivery guy was lovely. I hope they manage to keep it lol.

GEODIS, or how to waste a day off waiting for a package that will never arrive. Email tracking very good. We will deliver your package between 9 and 10:30 am then it's... the delivery man will arrive soon there are 4 deliveries left before yours. Then a problem occurred, your package will be delivered between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Then the good joke, the delivery man showed up but did not receive any answers. So, the delivery man is certainly in the wrong place, he gives as proof a blurred photo of his foot!!! And then we start again! Your delivery will be delivered before 2:30 p.m., then we start again, from 3 to 5 p.m. and to finish in style it will be delivered between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. This is simply SHAMEFUL!!! Just the Carcassonne customer service who still answered me at the beginning of the afternoon to confirm delivery at the end of the day.....for the rest.....I'm still waiting....... .the only thing to remember, NEVER, NEVER use this company. I update my first comment, the next day, without warning, the delivery man leaves me a voice message (well, he could have done it the day before but we prefer to waste the day for the customer) telling me that he can't find the house!!! A great first!!!! GEODIS, it is high time to change business sectors.
