The worst service ever. Never again. Don’t use this FedEx. I pay so much money to get my packages shipped from the USA overnight to monaco ! This FedEx never delivers my packages on time and they are usually many weeks late when I pay for overnight shipping ! The worst part is there is no way to reach them. I will never use them again.

FedEx really needs to audit this location. You shouldn’t have people working for you who can’t even do their jobs and deliver packages on time. I can understand a day or two for regular packages but overnight international should not take a week to deliver because drivers don’t want to drive through a city and are too lazy to walk 200 ft to deliver a package.

Thanks! Polite, friendly, helpful and English speaking! Went there to pick up an urgent package for my wife that for some reason wasn't delivered successfully twice (even though we were home). My wife called them that I would come for pickup. Brought our IDs and a note allowing me to pick it up. They checked everything thoroughly and gave it to me .. they also spoke perfect English (as soon as I tormented them with my poor French :D )

9 days after receipt of our package FedEx has not launched the import process (Paris-Roissy). All import documents are complete and correct, there simply aren't enough FedEx staff to do the job. So unprofessional
