Fast unloading, friendly staff. The ramp number is given immediately upon check-in. We stand under the ramp and go to the office with the documents (the office on the entry/exit side), the documents are given immediately. Lack of parking, showers and toilets were also not found.

Worst delivery service I have ever dealt with in my life, no exaggeration. My package has not arrived, I realize that it is like many other notices here "in transit" in Lieusaint. I then try to call customer service (paid). After long minutes of waiting, I was reproached for having requested a parcel relay delivery, then they hung up on me. I try to call back, the advisor picks up but does not answer. It is of a deplorable level. I hope my package isn't lost, but I think it's on track, like the many other reviews I've read here. Above all, RUN away from these incompetents and any delivery service will be much better.

If I could put zero stars I would! Waiting for delivery for over 10 years! On tracking My package seems to wander from one collection center to another without ever arriving at its destination! After several calls to FedEx customer service to inquire about the situation, I came across some nice but ineffective advisers who were more eager to hang up as quickly as possible than to find a solution to the situation. They offer me delivery dates which are obviously never honored. Today I ask for the address of the collection point to pick up the package myself (when you pay ten euros for postage it's a shame.) and there the sketch continues! the employee on the phone is not able to tell me where the package is! it could be in the city where I live as well as in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, 45 km from my home….. To date, I have therefore not found any solution for the delivery of my package, nor do I know where it is and I have no contact person capable of resolving the situation, we are just going around in circles. I do not understand that delivery companies that practice this kind of thing can still exist on the market. It's just unacceptable. I would like to point out again that I paid ten euros for postage and that I am three overcharged calls to their customer service with perhaps the solution of picking up a package myself while still losing time and gasoline.
