I thought sending a package was simple. Indeed it was simple, but paying €7 for delivery + €2.50 for a box, so that in the end the recipient received the box without a box around it (the package was fragile, fortunately the package was not damaged but the packaging yes) it's not necessarily great. Especially since I told the postman that the package was fragile. In short, thank you laposte! Avoid them to send fragile things.

I must say that for several months I can see that the customer service for the mail part of this agency has improved significantly. People available, pleasant, who have a sense of service and it shows that they want people to be satisfied. Thank you for this change over time and I hope it stays that way.
