Worst delivery company. I’ve contacted the driver to explain how to get to my address, he lied that he will be here in 10 min and he updated the delivery information that the address is unreachable. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEM.

Absolutely attrocious. Driver could not find my address nor tell me where he was, nor follow simple instructions to find the address on the main road through the town. Refused to try and deliver, blamed lack of address information and my non native french for the failed delivery. I wish I could specify to websites never to use geodis (or in my case France express, which seems to have been dispatched to here). Oh, and only had ten minutes warning of the delivery, with the announcement of the day of delivery on the same morning.

Very, very unhappy about the quality of delivery. Both drivers were extremely unfriendly. I am so mad about them! Will NEVER use GEODIS again.

I would only confirm your opinions on the professionalism of this company... After delayed time slots now the delivery is suspended, supposedly because of my address. Luckily for me it's an Amazon purchase. But I will check the delivery for next time.
