I don't want to give this company ANY stars - because they don't really care about delivering your goods. They say they come one day and doesn't. They try to deliver the next day and say, that you are notofoed when you are not. Rubbish company - don't use them!

Package of 42 kilos. A single delivery man without a trolley carrying the package at arm's length. Parcel arrived already damaged at the carrier. After calling the carrier, I could refuse the package, but the delivery person left it with me and I had to insist on having the delivery slip to make reservations and the delivery person ran away even before I mentioned the condition of the package on the receipt. Even one star is too much

Worst delivery service. Between lost parcels, the delivery man who does not come, unscheduled deliveries… a delivery man who leaves 2 large parcels of 25 kg each for my mother and refuses to take it upstairs when she is alone and elderly. However, this same delivery man had come 15 days before delivering a smaller package to me and had taken it up the stairs for me even before I asked him. You have to be consistent in your actions and your words. Thanks in any case to Stéphane who was able to put an end to my last delivery which was so long overdue... however I note that there are still delivery problems within this box, currently my colleague has been waiting for his delivery for more than one week. Finally, if you can avoid this service; avoid it.
