This day, Saturday 02/19 at 11:00 a.m., a very cold and nonchalant welcome from the duty employee whom we have the impression of disturbing during his break... After 10 minutes of research on his computer, he finally found the reference for our 120 kg sofa divided into two pallets. With my daughter, we manage with difficulty to place the contents of the first pallet in our van while it looks at us without offering its help. At 11:15 a.m., we inform him that we are making a first trip and are coming back before 12:30 p.m. (closing time of the establishment) to collect the second pallet, but he then hastens to force us to be back by noon at the latest. ...!? Surprised, we complied with his request with difficulty and returned at 11:45. In the future, we will adapt for home delivery!! No hard feelings....
