Notice to the professional!!! There are much more reliable carriers! We paid for express delivery labels created on 8/11 SMS received for delivery in two days so we put the teams in place we plan the schedule... I decide to look at the follow-up and surprise delivery from 15/11 or 7 days for an express delivery!!! No one warned of course!!!!

L’accès au site est mal indiqué et prévu surtout pour le passage des camions donc la sonnette est en hauteur… une fois sur le site : chercher la bonne porte pour le retrait des colis… après il faut encore sonner… et passer une porte type blinder, bien surveiller le voyant Vert… entrer dans espèce de Sas et après une personne arrive… patience et bonne orientation sont 2 qualités à posséder pour venir récupérer son colis (pour un particulier) Je note que 2 personnels Geodis ont été courtois et serviables. C’est important à signaler, alors merci à eux de m’avoir aider dans cette chasse au colis.

Transport not serious. Misleading tracking information. Unable to deliver, they display recipient absent deferred delivery. Arbitrary delivery date postponement. Worse still, a non-existent customer service impossible to reach them with a pay phone line and email without an answer. What a disaster

Impossibility for them to honor a delivery, 1st time lack of delivery man, 2nd time too cumbersome... each time no call from them, obliged to contact them on 1 premium rate number 2 days off, no delivery!! No excuses…. Cancellation requested from the sender Castorama The worst is so in addition as if nothing had happened come deliver 2 days later without an appointment without warning without calling while we are absent.
