Document sent on October 25 towards Canada I paid 40 € for a 100g parcel not even DHL this secure saying lose my parcel make us wait 1 month have calls in English hang up on us in addition and tell us the same thing " we are still looking for your package "and then we are told" we find it, it is under investigation on paper "to remind us and tell us" we lost it "next time I will send it directly by post. more knowledgeable and will not lose my package! I do not recommend at all ! Very disappointed with the service !!
