Delivery date of a package postponed by internet: no one reads! Complaint in progress (4 reminders): no one answers! Email contact details for DHL are plentiful and seemingly modern. Emails, WhatsApp Chat etc… The problem is that there is no one behind these coordinates: only electronic machines with algorithms which refer to another link which again refers to another link which obviously does not answer any questions and does not solve any problem.

This company, supposedly internationally renowned, offers us a very pitiful service. They inform me that I have been delivered and that I have signed a delivery receipt when it is false and that I have not received the expected package. If you want to contact them, you have to pay a supplement. The voice that answers you is on voicemail and when you provide it with the tracking number, it does not take it into account! When you think that this company has invested a million euros to set up in Ploeren, you realize that it is the customer who pays the price. COMPANY TO AVOID!
