We can't put 0 stars, too bad ... I avoid DHL most of the time because it's a disaster. But no choice to try to receive a package before Christmas, the delivery man comes by today supposedly we are not there when there are four of us at home. Didn't even knock, didn't even call our phones. Congratulations the Christmas present will be received only on the 26th as usual 0 pointed.
