Unfortunately for me the delivery service chose to go through TNT for the delivery. The goods were located at the Nomexy 88 depot for delivery in 88 and… left for Strasbourg, we don't know for what reasons. A postal code is difficult to read. There is a charge for customer service… who cannot reach the deliverers in real time to provide you with clear answers. I even offered the delivery man to pick up my urgent order at the depot, but too late it was heading back to Strasbourg. It's true that 67 and 88 are practically the same. A piece of advice for all brands wishing to go through TNT for fast delivery. Don't do that, you're shooting yourself in the foot. Zero professionalism. Delivery rescheduled on 07/06 instead of 04/06 customer service could not do better. Obviously, Monday I will not accept the package from TNT I placed the same order again yesterday and I was delivered by another express delivery brand today phew;) as for the package, it arrived broken in Strasbourg and never presented to me...

Even more astonishing, I received an SMS from tnt informing me that since I was not present at my home when the deliveryman passed by, the package had been dropped off at a relay point ... Being a delivery person is not easy for sure, however I had to change the delivery address (past delivery man, but delivery address incomplete). So I called international service (absolutely wonderful people answered and helped me). The score for the delivery man is 1 but for the TNT service I would have put 4 or even 5 without any problem if the delivery had been made on the scheduled date, finally, if the delivery man was engaged in his work (package that I was impatiently awaiting). So a big step forward for delivery people.
