I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a package now. Internet shows that package delivery was attempted....( I think not). It then says customer contacted to arrange delivery day and time. No contact has been made, and no option to arrange delivery on website. I tried to call to solve the issue but was advised that the call will cost me 80 cents per minute. No! I will not pay for other people’s incompetent. It seems that with no solution the package will be returned to sender..There only job is logistics. If you can’t do it then don’t offer !

I placed an order with an internet shop which used this shipping company to ship my order. I was renting an apartment in Cannes, France and was checking out on a Monday at 12:00pm. Geodis could have easily delivered it on the prior Friday, but refused. I called them 3 times to ask them to make sure that they would make the delivery on the Monday before 12:00. They refused to promise anything. I asked them to tell the driver to call me to inform me of when he could deliver my order. They said he wouldn't be able to call me since I had a foreign number. So, I told them that the driver should call their office and they could send me a text, Viber, Whatsapp, or Skype message or email. They refused. I asked them to give me the driver's phone number so that I could contact him myself. They refused. I told them to deliver the package to the rental office of the apartment I was renting (10 meters away). I gave them the office address and name of the company. In the end, the driver showed up and could not call me, since I have a foreign number, so, he didn't deliver the package. Therefore, I didn't receive my order and the package was returned to sender!!! This is the most unprofessional, lazy, useless and pathetic company that I have ever had the dread to deal with. They did absolutely NOTHING to try to deliver my package. If I could give them a rating of "ZERO", I would. PATHETIC!!!!

Absolutely horrible company which tends to deliver goods from the Internet shop, but does it in the most slow, arrogant, incompetent way. For 10 days already I am not able to receive my package. The highest level of incompetence.
