The delivery date has changed 3 times and you can be notified the same day...if you work it is better to pick it up at the depot, if you have a big enough car...

No stars incompetent service !!!! always 2 to 3 days late on the expected delivery. Package that does not leave the agency while on their site they say it has left. I hate it when they deliver. Too much time before having someone on the phone. More person who is useless and unpleasant and rude. A person is even allowed to tell me, I quote: "YOU WANT J TO CANCEL YOUR DELIVERY". I'll miss more than that, band of good for nothing.

My package had to be re delivered to me at a later date … in the end no delivery, no follow-up and dropped off at a post office with incompatible opening hours.
