Easily the worst courier service, the Le Mans depot is a complete disgrace - never on time, always finding excuses not to deliver on time, or indeed at all. Every time I see a delivery that goes through FedEx Le Mans I know in advance that I will have to call up to complain. If I could give zero stars I would.

Poor, no delivery no response to dozens of emails sent . Worst courier I have dealt with. Update ,still no packet it’s sat there two months now at Le Mans depot .We all know what a iPhone box feels like ...looks like somebody else does too .

Package that should have arrived on August 1, 2022, arrived today 08/22! Better late than never. I was afraid of having to go to Le Mans to pick it up, phew that didn't happen. Otherwise, serious on the part of the delivery man. So, I leave only 3 stars for the late delivery.

Home delivery not made supposedly we were not present when I had put down my morning. A calling card was supposedly put in the mailbox. Nothing neither. Impossible to call (premium call) just you have to send an email and be patient.
