Fedex came to my builing on June 3 . The employee didn't ring the door and didn't leave a note in the mail box. True he didn't have my phone number but it's not an excuse for not leaving a note. Eventually the delivery was delayed for 1 week

Like the previous comments, no professionalism, delivery date scheduled for August 31 and package still not received! The delivery man calls me on 2/09 and not being at my home because no delivery details were planned, he tells me I don't have time and hangs up on me!! This is the first and LAST time that FedEx takes care of my packages, that's for sure!!

Received this morning by an efficient collaborator, so I was able to collect my package. Here is the context a FNAC parcel must be delivered to me. An email with a link was sent to me to schedule a delivery. On an interface dating from the 2000s, I chose a time slot. But it turns out that I am no longer available on this date. In short, no possibility of rescheduling on the internet, you have to call a premium rate number. It doesn't work... I try others (surcharged too) and I end up coming across an employee who asks me for a number relating to my order. I have a cde number, tracking number but no 12 digit number. She therefore asks me to get closer to the FNAC... In short, it pisses me off and I therefore moved to this site. Or a collaborator helped me and gave me my package.
