I put a star because the poor young person on the phone on the platform was nice. I ordered an item at 30€, in express delivery 24h, the delivery is invoiced 48€!!! And 48 hours later I am told "there is a delay, he will arrive tomorrow" when he is 30 minutes from my house. It's a scandal, this company is to be avoided.

I have never seen such a terrible delivery service!!! One star is too much! Parcel that never arrives, we receive emails that contradict each other! No one knows where the package is! It's been a week since the package should have been delivered and we are told each time it will be delivered tomorrow! I do not recommend at all !!! I would even say AWAY!!!! Nothing justifies the delivery costs in view of the quality of the service!!!

I was a little scared given the previous comments but in the end everything went very well. Very friendly delivery man, who delivered the package to me on Friday when it was supposed to be delivered only today. I received a text message before the delivery so I stayed at my home in the morning. Parcel in perfect condition.

Miserable service. My package arrived at the warehouse 4 days ago. Still nothing received because supposedly the address was wrong when not.
