You are a joke!!!!! Following the tracking number the delivery has taken place. Actually it has not and the signature of who picked up is not mine. The driver has stolen my package faking my signature at 10.01 on Thursday 6.01.22? It has been more than 5 hours that i'm trying to reach somebody calling so many of numbers and no answers. Worst service ever. I would NEVER advise FedEx as transport service. Shame on you.

A disaster ! Parcel delivered to someone else because they are unable to write down an address correctly And this information, I didn't get it from Fedex (but from my supplier) because it's an obstacle course to get them on the phone Complaint file remained unanswered I had to go myself to the person who received my package by mistake who fortunately was a serious person really not serious

Impossible to get back your package because there is no relay and the delivery man does not even bother to deliver either, no delivery on Saturdays, no time slots and if you have not had my chance to meet the deliverer after one week he zst return to the sender.
