Perfect I chose my delivery day and called to be sure of the appointment. Very pleasant person on the phone. The delivery man sent me a text message to give me a more precise schedule and he was there in the announced time slot. TO FLEE ! Unbelievable ... Delivery of a package scheduled for the 16th ... no news until the 18th where the carrier says he cannot find the address ... After checking the address is the same as for all the others who have it find them... In short, I call them to find out what's wrong with the address (80 cents/minute by the way) After more than 5 minutes (thank you for these 5€ less ....), I'm told to start over that it's not is not the right telephone section ... and therefore reclaim at least 5 € to call ... There is no indication of who you should call and everything is done to lengthen your waiting time... In short, if you can do otherwise: FLEE!
