I had a package to send to Burkina-Faso and I didn't know how. The explanations on the DHL site seemed a little too complicated to me. I showed up with my package at the DHL relay (press house) in the middle of the rush hour (4.30 p.m.). Despite this, the tobacconist took the time to process my request and print all the necessary documents (shipping sheets and customs declaration sheets). Very professional welcome. I recommend.
