Transport of a sofa in 2 pallets of cardboard left for deposit and on arrival 5 packages instead of 6 but of course 2 pallets quickly we deliver to sign on the ipad crack and in the end a cardboard box is missing which has been removed from the pallet. The Bruges depot was very professional and we did some research, but I still have a lost package, I don't know where. I do not recommend using this carrier. A request is pending I am waiting to know if my package has been found in one of their transit depots.
