Delivery scheduled today between 10 am and 11 am. The delivery man calls me that I call back 2 mins later without getting an answer from him. I try in vain to contact him, the parcel is finally not deposited. When I call the delivery company directly, I am informed that the delivery person has not found my address (well indicated on Google however) and that the delivery will have to be rescheduled for another day. He just didn't come to my house. I do not recommend this delivery service at all. No rescheduling proposals this afternoon. I'm going to call the delivery man again until I get an answer from him...

An unrealistic waiting time to pick up a package.... 20 minutes waiting in front of a counter behind which or tell you I'll find someone to take care of you... On top of that the schedules don't are not up to date with the senders. No info on where and how to pick up packages

A disaster. 4 packages destroyed or returned for no reason and an unreachable after-sales service that puts you on hold without ever returning to the line (of course at 80c€/min), teams unable to provide explanations for non-deliveries. Concerned about the negative opinions on this agency, I got used to the idea that I was never going to see the shadow of my order. To my surprise I receive an SMS a few minutes in advance the delivery man tells me his position on his application arrives on time and very courteous, lets me check if it is the right order Perfect nothing to add 👍
