Small delivery problem with a few days delay following the supplier, and not the carrier, the customer service was very professional, efficient, so pleasant and kind on the phone, in less than 5min everything was back to normal according to my needs. I really recommend the customer service which is very efficient and attentive, nothing to complain about this company, I am very satisfied!

I don't understand all these negative reviews. I received text messages and emails from the company regarding my delivery I was informed at all times and the delivery driver contacted me fifteen minutes before arriving at my house. Helpful, courteous and very competent delivery driver. I thank geodis for their sense of contact and I strongly recommend this company.

No one, since Monday waiting for a package, delivery planned 2 packages only one delivered. Delivery of the second package Scheduled for Tuesday, rescheduled for this day but without schedules. Impossible to reach them on the phone 😡😡

delivery scheduled for the morning of 2/08. Delivery canceled by Geodis and postponed to the afternoon of 2/08. we have a person who stays all afternoon to receive the package. The delivery man passes but: 1) does not find the bell 2) does not find the door but remains in front of the gate and decides to leave without delivering. It is all the more surprising that another delivery, another delivery man from the same company had no problem with the delivery. In the end the only solution he offers is to choose another half day for a delivery and therefore after losing a day (morning canceled and afternoon) we have to block for another half day??? what service

Package not delivered, impossibility to modify its delivery schedule if it does not suit you. I received a text message to tell me that my package will arrive at 12:20 p.m., it was delivered more than an hour before. I had organized myself at work so that I could be home on time and finally, all for nothing. I find myself having to skip lunch and rush to the depot to pick it up myself like a grown-up. Simply outrageous call rate worthy of a big fat fisherman. The delivery man could at least call before as in some companies I could at least have asked for delivery to a neighbor. Never mind. I note the name of the company and will not fail to be delivered by you ever again..
