Delivery scheduled today between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. (expected by text at 10 a.m.). FedEx has been delivering the package since 7:28 a.m., it's 7:47 p.m.... And still no one... Of course, customer service doesn't work on Saturdays (but it delivers anyway... Convenient for delivery people like that, no complaints ...). In short, zero points...

I shouldn't even put One star but there is no Below.I've been waiting for a package for a week now it's been 3 days the delivery guy says I'm not there as I get up and say I wait on purpose from 7am. And there, my package has been "pending" for 2 days and contacting customer service is useless, nothing is transmitted. Do your job properly hoping to receive my package "at 300 euros" one day 😡😡

Ashamed. Parcel delivered to an unknown person by FedEx and who sends me back to the sender for a refund, assuming absolutely nothing of their error. I had chosen a relay point offered by the fedex site not being at home at the time of delivery. What was my surprise when the store told me that they did not accept fedex relays (and that was not the first time). My package was therefore delivered "in a residential area" received by someone whose full name or contact details I do not have. When I contacted them to find the package or reimburse me for the lost order fedex simply told me to turn against the sender who would turn against them. It was something quite expensive and that I needed for my post-operative recovery…

The package can do Hong Kong-Orléans in one day but cannot do Orléans-Blois in 2 days. My package was supposed to arrive today, but suddenly I have no delivery date: The contact number is chargeable, the contact form does not work, they are impossible to reach. I'm not complaining about the delay per se but about the lack of information about their deliveries, and that given the reviews it doesn't seem to bother them.
